The process of creating a slogan, mission statement, or elevator pitch is fascinating. It’s all about figuring out what your unique selling proposition is.

So, how do you define it? Suzan St Maur’s suggestion is to look at the “basic needs, fear and problems your typical client or customer has, and work on how you really solve those.”
