Mexico is an eclectic country that adopts many traditions from around the world.  This practice causes celebrations throughout the year.

Just when you are done with Christmas, then comes New Years.  Following quick on the heels of all that partying is the Kings’ Ring day (Rosca de Reyes)

That celebration ties into the next one in February.  So… if you are thinking of a diet then Mexico is a bad place to be.
