Content curation has become just as – if not more – important as content creation. Many small businesses, and even many larger ones, have only a certain amount of their entire budgets to dedicate to content marketing, so every dollar counts.
Sharing content, whether it be your own or others within your industry, brings value to your potential and current clients, so it is important to make them feel content with your content. The author of this article, Dr. Karen Dietz, provides a fantastic list of tips to make your content curation “friendly” and inviting to your audience. They are all great tips, but this is one of my favorites:
Post regularly. This also builds reliability and trust. Don’t be flaky. If you don’t have time to curate for a few days, let people know this and why.
