Ahh, the mushroom and veggie fajita to die for. There is an art to creating great food. Of course you must first start with the right ingredient’s. This is a simple dish to create and a vegetarians delight. The mushroom and veggie fajita is one of my personal culinary favorites. This is a visually appealing dish and not to mention it’s fairly fast to prepare. I know if you are like me you can really appreciate a great meal and one that saves you time.
I myself like the meaty mushrooms, as I am not a strict vegetarian, as I know many of you are. This way I honestly do not miss the meat. When done with the right flavoring and seasoning, I think you will agree, it’s a winner.

This is a great meal that takes less than probably 20 minutes to prepare and cook. Mushrooms are thick and “meatier than meat”. Their texture fits perfectly with fajitas.
I love to cook with real ingredients and shy away from processed foods (fake meats, bacon, jerkies, sausages, patties, cheese, etc.). It’s great to come up with familiar results that replace meat using natural ingredients from my own kitchen.
