When we try to look back to the late days of telemarketing, we find that businesses are not using some form of targeted list to guide their telemarketers when contacting people. Their phone marketers would just open a phone book, start calling numbers in random and contact people even those who have no interest with their company’s product and service.

Telemarketing list and telemarketing goes together, so if we want to have a successful phone marketing campaign, we should start in having a successful targeted list first.
