When Facebook announced that users could start using hashtags, I decided to give the feature a try. After all, they had always been successful on Twitter and Google+.
As it turns out, I and many other entrepreneurs and businesses quickly discovered that they actually limit the reach of posts. Why is that? Because, according to David Carrillo, people do not use Facebook to interact with strangers and discover new trends.
