As more people turn to the Internet when making their purchasing decisions, they may want the answers to their questions to come straight from the most knowledgeable source. This source is (or should be) a company’s CEO. Some CEO’s recognize their positions as the thought leaders within their industries and find social media to be a welcome and friendly place for them to help spread their viewpoints.
