Instagram recently took the leap and introduced video to accompany its popular photo functionality. Instagram has always prided itself on being a place where users can “capture the world’s moments”.
This new feature will enable users to bring moments to life with more than just a static photograph. Where Vine allows for six-second videos, this new Instagram video feature allows for up to 15 seconds of video. Although the recording functionality is very similar to Vine, Instagram also offers thirteen new filters, which have been designed especially for video and give the videos that popular Instagram look and feel.
