As a professional helping small businesses and entrepreneurs figure out social media, buying likes and followers is a practice I strongly discourage.
Unfortunately, too many brands still think that the offline and online worlds are separate entities. What they consider unethical in one, they see as acceptable in the other.
I am sharing a small case study in this article, which I hope will open some eyes.
