According to a recent study of the top 25 brands on Twitter, the most engaged brand is Notebook of Love (@Notebook). They share inspirational quotes and lovey thoughts with 4.5 million followers and their followers love them – to the tune of 40% more engagement than any of the other 24 brands.

What is Notebook of Love’s secret for engagement…and success? They suggest content is what’s at the “heart” of it all; the essence of their first tip explains the importance of content.
