You are probably no stranger to hearing that online video is a must (the guy to the left says so); according to Cisco, online video traffic will account for 55% of all consumer Internet traffic globally by 2016. Knowing video is a good thing isn’t the same as knowing how to use it. In this article, I am going to explain how retailers can use and are already using online video to move people through the conversion funnel – in other words, how to use video to get results.
