One of the fantastic things about having a scalable platform or business which is in the early stages of development is the ability to make decisions on the fly and to implement new and exciting ideas without to much difficulty.

So today, this morning in fact when I checked my activity on Twitter for the company I took a look at the new followers and decided as usual to start checking them out to see who to follow back and of course to see what kind of people and businesses are noticing Internet Billboards.

The first company I looked at was refreshing. I think most of us by now can tell very quickly by visiting a page if the company or personal brand has a solid knowledge base about the current best trends in internet marketing, and if the site is structured the right way.

The first thing I noticed about MarketingWise was the video on the home page which I watched which was entertaining, informative, and also without a doubt showcased what the company does but ingeniously it also really showcased it’s ability to do it well.

Who is the brains behind this company? Her name is Ruth Zive, and watch out because she is contagious. Not in a bad way, but in a great way.

So this gave me an idea. But first it required a little more investigation, so I had to go to her blog and look at the most recent post.

To my delight it was Does Your B2B Brand Have Personality?

It also showcased another great video, and this time it was Ruth Zive herself in it, and she really delivered the goods. She certainly let her personality shine through, it’s hard not to like her.

So I will let you be the judge, but it gave me the idea for the Internet Billboards Twitter follower Spotlight. Where we will follow back and showcase a Twitter follower on Internet Billboards well like this.
