I’ve been blogging for years now and sometimes getting comments to blog posts seems even more difficult than writing the articles! In time and with lots of hard work I’ve managed to build a wonderful, engaged community and CommentLuv has been a big part of that process. Here’s a complete review and a comprehensive guide on how to use it to your advantage.
Blogging is not just about writing great articles. A blog needs so much in order for it to become successful, that you can easily become overwhelmed. That’s where tools and WordPress plug-ins come in. And one of my personal favorites is CommentLuv. I use it on my blog and can’t imagine not having it. As I want to reward my readers and commentators, I find CommentLuv is one of the best ways to do it. Whilst I’ve written a review about this great plugin in the past, it’s a little dated and we all know how much can change in technology in such a short time period.
What is CommentLuv?
CommentLuv is a WordPress plugin that helps bloggers reward their readers by linking to their latest blog post each time they post a comment. This in itself is a great tool.
So what’s so great about it?
Rewarding your readers whenever they comment by linking to their latest blog post can have some amazing benefits:
More comments. Since every time a blogger comments on one of your posts they get a link back to their own blog, they will be much more inclined to comment regularly.
Better SEO. More comments and more replies to comments mean more engagement. And more engagement means better SEO – your rankings will improve on Google, which will make it easier for other potential readers to find you.
