By now, you have probably heard of the news: Beyonce lip-sinched!! Well, at least if you don’t live under a rock.
She is not the only singer to have done that, and she won’t be the last.
Actually, it is the same for brands. Many “lip sinc” their social media marketing, thinking that we don’t see them. Unfortunately we do because they make it too obvious: They do not answer our questions or comments, they delete the feedback that bothers them, etc.
