Although we lost them young, they will never be forgotten.
I feel deeply saddened by the tragic event that happened in Newtown, Ct. Every time I read an update or think about it, tears come to my eyes. I am not the kind of person who gets easily upset, something about this is just different on so many levels.
I used to visit Newtown, Ct. as a younger man, you see my mom and step father lived there for about 10 years. I would travel from Massachusetts, and take the exit right off of 84. I cannot imagine this taking place there.
I guess tragedy really can strike in the unlikeliest of places. All of you have my deepest sympathies. I know our nations heart is with you. I know all those that were lost that day have been called home. May God have mercy on your hearts and souls.
