MyFitnessPal Now Lets You Share Progress With Facebook Friends

Peer pressure can sometimes be a good thing. That’s why apps and websites like MyFitnessPal, Fitbit and NikeFuel connect you with friends. You can also meet other users of your preferred fitness device and share stories, tips and goals.

MyFitnessPal has long been one of the best apps for tracking your calorie intake. The app’s list of foods is massive, plus you can add in your own items and choose frequently eaten items to quickly add to your day’s menu.
