Ajijic is a small town on the edge of Lake Chapala which is just outside Guadalajara, Mexico. It is a mountain village so the weather is cool and yet not cold!
It is a sleepy town with little open before 10:00 a.m. and most business close by 8:00 p.m. There are shops, art galleries, restaurants and level walking all around town.
This is a wonderful place to visit and a fantastic place to retire.
