motivational speakers ever. He was called the salesman’s salesman. He passed away last week but his legacy that he left behind and his words of wisdom have been immortalized.
The things he said were profound and remarkable, things like “your Attitude not your Aptitude determines your Altitude”
Perhaps no truer words have been spoken, by a man with never ending integrity and sheer positiveness.
I am talking about none other than Zig Ziglar.
“You can have everything in life that you want if you just give enough other people what they want.”
From a customer experience perspective, this is simple. Give customers what they want. They want great service. They want to be treated they way that you would want to be treated. They want it to be easy to do business with your company. They want you to stand up for integrity, honesty, and fairness in your dealings. No, the customer is not always right. But the customer is right now. Give customers what they want, and the business will win in the long run.
