As you think about the many different types of experiences that marketers are trying to instigate in social media, a lot of it is fueled by content. It could be a post or information that goes to employees before they blog about what’s going on in a company. There’s an entire content flow that most companies have but don’t realize exists that is pumping content throughout the arteries and veins of the organization.It’s usually unmanaged and it’s not going to slow down any time soon.
