Dell: Excellence in customer service | Creative Ramblings

I have had so many issues with Dell laptops that I could write a book.

However, what always draws me back to the company is the way it cares about its customers.

Case in point. I recently contacted them through Twitter to ask them to help me with the “blue screen of death” that kept shutting my computer off.

You won’t believe what they did!
