Business Insider put out a call for nominations for the 30 most creative people in advertising under the age of 30 to identify the next generation of bigwigs. These are the men and women who will have their names on a company door, eventually. (Interestingly enough, it was more difficult to grab names of the under-30 crowd than it was of any of our other agency ranking lists. There’s a stigma both about being too young and too old. So we’ve been flexible with our definitions and included a few people who just turned 30 this year.)
