Luzi Farm uses only its own stone-mill to obtain functional ﬂours from the best wheat, rich in minerals, vitamins, ﬁbre and characterized by its germ which is the real soul of flour.
The handcrafted pasta produced, consists of stone-milled ﬂour, bronze drawing, low temperature slow drying process.
