Tom George: Things are heating up in the mobile sector especially now that Apple has just been awarded a win against Samsung for patent infringement, I am certian we can also expect more legal action to follow.
Will Apple sue Amazon or Google next? Steve Jobs was very outspoken about his anger of the Android operating system, expressing his frustration because in his words “it’s a stolen product”. Will this have long lasting implications? Yes I do believe so.
I only hope in the long run it doesn’t hurt the consumer, or hamper innovation but this tech war is probably going to create a few more explosions and some series far reaching verdicts.
