Joe Pulizzi is certainly one of the leading authorities today on the subject of content marketing. Here are three interesting alternative approaches to look at.

 

Had you heard of Brandscaping? Essentially it is a collaborative process for content marketing. Joe is reading the book from Andrew M. Davis on this topic. How can content partnerships work? Brandscaping is a form of content partnership you can develop.

 

Essentially my feeling is there is just too much information being pushed around and not enough focus being generated on quality, learning and context. I myself have been guilty of this. Even when it comes to curation, which should certainly be part of a sound content marketing strategy, albeit not mentioned in this article.
