An advocate for intellectual property owners' rights, Kristy's been to Washington, DC numerous times to promote legislation that would protect creator rights and has also funded and initiated a non-profit corporation, Triad Musicians Matter, that gives financial aid to struggling musicians in the triad area (Greensboro/High Point/Winston-Salem) of North Carolina.
