In my opinion, Intuitive Eating is the closest we’ll get to it-and I have to say, it is pretty amazing.
Intuitive eating is when we have a healthy relationship with our food, our mind and our body. Intuitive eating is being able to distinguish between physical hunger and emotional hunger. It’s about making peace with food; turning off the food noise and tuning into your food voice.
