La Dolce Vita a Macerata: impressions from Ms. Escales blog, English teacher at high school “Eugene Ionesco” in Issy-les-Moulineaux
One month ago I went to Macerata in Italy. The only word which comes to my mind is “Amazing”. The journey lasted twenty hours, it was quite long but I wasn’t disappointed. I went to a family they were really kind and open-minded, then I discovered that everybody in Italy was agreeable. We visited many different places, such as “Le Grotte Di Frassassi”, an abbey, the historic center of Macerata…We were impressed by the harmony in every place, the architecture was typical and really appreciable. We went to the beach, the water was blue lagoon. Then we experienced Italian gastronomy: pizza, pasta, ice cream… We discovered so many flavors and the Italian guanine. The last day we went to the “Bar”. I met a lot of Italians: they were all very cool, they are interested in people and want to know more about each other.
To conclude, this trip was really incredible, if you have the possibility to go to Italy, take it. A trip is always enriching, don’t miss this one.
