Alcohol Content: 13,5 °/o
Area of Production: Vineyards of Monteprandone hills – Ascoli Piceno – Marche
Grapes: Selection of white grapes – Passerina
Soil Composition: Medium consistency with streaks of clay
Vinification and Production: Late harvest of the grapes, then the grapes are dried till December, pressed and fermented in barrique.
Organoleptic Description: Golden yellow with light greenish reflections, pleasant, aromatic and delicate bouquet, with appealing notes suggesting orange blossoms. Aromatic and typically sweet with an extremely delicate vein of freshness.
Serving Temperature: To be served cold at 8-10°C.
Gastronomic Suggestions: It combines perfectly with light cakes, puddings, fruit salads, pies, dn’ed biscuits and marzipan or can be consumed between meals with fruit or seasoned pecorino.
