Lacrima di Morro d’Alba PassitoThe wine has been prized with “5 grappoli” by the AIS Guide “Duemilavini”. The grapes, picked at the end of September in S.Amico vineyards near to the Village of Morro d’Alba, collected in small cases and shrivelled until the next February. Dried grapes are then pressed and the juice fermented with skins for two weeks. The wine is aged for 12 months in small steel tanks and matured for two years in bottle.Description : Lacrima di Morro d’Alba Passito

Grapes : Lacrima nera 100%
Colour : Deep Ruby with purple shades, thick
Aroma : very persistent, floreal, rose, with violet notes
Taste : Full and round, lot of sweet and velvety fruits with a long, elegant and intense finish
