The Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Brut Metodo Classico Ubaldo Rosi Riserva 2005 – Colonnara, is a sparkling wine that has been prized with “5 grappoli” by the AIS Guide “Duemilavini” ed. 2012.
This sparkling wine fermented in bottles according to the traditional method cultivated on hills (500/600 metres above sea level) in the municipality of Cupramontana and Apiro in Le Marche Region of Italy
Grape varieties: Verdicchio (native) Colour: bright straw-yellow with soft golden-green reflections; very fine persistent perlage Bouquet: intense, fresh and finely penetrating Taste: dry, sapid, clean and elegant with a pleasant after-taste of green almonds and long persistency on the palate Alcohol 12,5% vol.
