Preparation – Fermentation and maceration 4 weeks in stainless steel tank. Malolactic fermentation and vinification in French oak barriques 22 months. Bottle maturation 15 months.Alcohol – 14 % vol.
Bottled – Without clarification and unfiltered.
Description – Dark ruby red colour. Aroma of cherries and blackberries, liquorice and spices. Complex and full-bodied with an elegant tannin structure. Long persistence.Drink.Temp. – 18 °C
