The olive-trees in Ancona are enriched with the saltiness of the wind from the sea and are protected by the hills from the north wind.
The harvest time chosen is when the olives begin to change their color and the mill system to complete the production is the modern continuous-cycle olive-press for an extraordinary extra virgin olive oil.
The Azienda del Carmine realizes products with a strong personality, especially in case of “single varieties”: oils extracted from a single variety of olives.
The Azienda del Carmine wants to spread the knowledge of “real” olive oil, a product with nutritional and pharmaceutical properties able to prevent serious pathologies.
Special packages have been prepared with the aim of tasting, including different oil varieties with detailed information to recognise a “real” high quality olive oil. The packages are available in different combinations: 4 0.10 l bottles or 6 0.50 l bottles in wooden patented reusable boxes.
