Learnfizz is a new curation tool, still in private beta, which allows education specialists as well as other trainers and teachers to create their own curated collections of free learning resources. The service promises to be free and to remain so. Curated items can be saved just as “Links” or organized into “Mixes”.
If you have a specific strong passion or interest, you can then create an “Academy” which is a curated collection of “Mixes”. Interestingly, this seems to be the first working example of a mini-human-curated search engine, the type of search and discovery resource that will gradually replace present day Googles and Bings for quality content finding.
Kudos to Henry Stewart / LearnFizz for moving in the right direction. Promising. 8/10 Find out more: http://www.learnfizz.com/home
