If you really want to transform your family, the ONE THING you must learn is how to Act Your Way Forward. Its kinda like learning to skateboard (we’ll come back to that in a minute).
When you identify something that needs to change in your family, what comes next – thought or action?
The most common next step is to think about the problem. Moms talk with other moms, get advice from online experts or a favorite aunt, attend a support group or start a journal. If the habit you want to change is persistent or serious or painful, you may call a therapist or buy a book on the subject or attend a workshop.
