Diane says, “I want women to think about long-term fitness habits that will lead them on a path to a new fit lifestyle. The weight loss will be the by-product from these healthy habits. Before being in the fitness industry and before being a certifed NYC personal trainer, Diane Williams was someone who was not at all interested in exercise. “I had not a clue to the benefits I could receive from exercise and following a healthy lifestyle”, she says. She was an obese child and young adult reaching to 250 lbs. She decided to give resistance training a try by hiring a NYC personal trainer at her local gym while she was a plus size fashion model for the Wilhelmina Modeling Agency in New York.

Diane found her true calling while in the big city and that is to empower women through fitness, health, and wellness. “I saw a major shift after hiring a female trainer.
