For months I’d been ignoring all the health articles claiming that diet beverages slow people’s metabolisms, contribute to heart-attack risk factors, cause increased amounts of cellulite in women, and elevated risk of strokes. Yikes! I refused to believe it; it had to be REAL Coca-Cola that’s bad for you, not Diet. Diet doesn’t have calories therefore it must be a reliable source for caffeine…
