Share

Written by : Rachel Parker| 0 | Social Media

As promised, here’s the slide deck from Social Media for Recruiting and Employee Relations, presented on May 11 in cooperation with Workforce Solutions Houston. We had an awesome event with a packed house and lots of good interaction among attendees, and I hope to be invited back!

Also, here’s a follow-up video that covers some questions we didn’t get to in the allotted time:

  1. How can we better target candidates for higher-end managerial positions?
  2. What are some of the legal caveats we may face in social media?
  3. How do you keep the momentum going with your social media program?

If there’s enough interest, I’ll be happy to present this content in a webinar format; if you’re interested or know anyone who might be, just let me know in the comments.

And let me know if you have any questions or feedback on the topic of social media in HR; I’d love to hear from you!
